About Me
Hi, I’m Renee Sheehy graduate of the University of Virginia, wife of Tim Sheehy, and mother of two children, Kelly and Kylene. Having lived in the Richmond area for 50+ years, my knowledge of this area is very extensive. Whether you are looking in the city of Richmond or any of its surrounding counties such as Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, etc., I have current and historical knowledge of the area. All of these areas have grown immensely over the last 50 years. I have watched how Short Pump Town Center has affected the Pouncey Tract and Goochland areas around it and how highway #288 has affected the Powhatan and Chesterfield areas. I have had my real estate license for over 28 years and have worked in just about all of the areas surrounding Richmond. My experience has covered new construction, condos, town homes, resale homes, and homes with historical status. 23 years ago I put my license with Bill Eudailey & Co. Real Estate and have never changed because the Eudailey Real Estate firm is all about service. The firm works as a team to help all of its Realtors to provide excellent service through training and support.
